I used to be exactly where you are. In the lab 24/7, I gave it all to my work. I wanted to accomplish so much. I didn’t have a life. After years with the foot on the gas pedal, waking up depleted, abusing coffee, alcohol and taking no time to have fun, I lost it all in a burn out.
